Gillette Stadium is a major sports and entertainment venue in Foxborough, Massachusetts, approximately 22 miles southwest of Boston. Opened in 2002, it is the home stadium of the New England Patriots of the NFL and New England Revolution of MLS. The stadium has a capacity of approximately 65,000 and features extensive facilities for football, soccer, concerts, and other large-scale events. Its location within the Patriot Place complex also makes it part of a larger destination featuring shopping, dining, entertainment, and hospitality.
