Palacio de los Deportes is a major indoor sports and entertainment arena in the Granjas México district of Iztacalco, Mexico City. Opened in 1968, the venue is known for its distinctive copper-covered domed roof and is popularly nicknamed “El Domo de Cobre” (The Copper Dome). Today, it hosts major concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and cultural productions, with event capacity varying by configuration and reaching up to approximately 24,500 for certain concert layouts.
